The Operator considers the observance of the rights and freedoms of individuals in the processing of their personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets, as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities.

The Operator is obligated to cease processing personal data and destroy them within 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal of consent, except in cases where processing may be continued in accordance with the law.

11. Liability

The Operator who has not fulfilled its obligations shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

12. Changes to the Policy

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without the prior consent of the User. The new version of the Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
